The 2i'sWYD ("two eyes wide) approach to innovation was invented by Michelle Shogren, owner and CEO of Innovate In What You Do, to outline a system to bring innovation to your company consistently and successfully. She realized there were 4 key parts to creating an environment for innovation and turning creative ideas into innovative results.
These are the 4 Pillars:
- Intention
- Ideation
- Incubation
- Implementation
Deep Dive into the fourth pillar
Every Innovation Camp will focus on a single pillar to dive into and learn. The March 2024 camp will be focusing on the fourth pillar, Implementation in what you do. By the end of the camp, all attendees will be able to answer the following questions:
- New things are always great until it is time to implement them. How can I pitch for implementation?
- What do I need to be ready to pitch?
- How do I set my pitch up for success?
- What are the 5 things to remember about implementation?
