1/2 Day Innovation Workshop
Short on time but need to drive change? A half day workshop may be perfect for you. *Available for groups of 2-12 people or 13-25 depending on size of your business.
Full Day Innovation Workshop
Do you have 6-8 hours to devote to turning ideas into results? A full day workshop will give you the ability to work through problems and opportunities and also discuss and plan next steps to move them forward. *Available for groups of 2-12 people or 13-25 depending on size of your business.
3 Day Innovation Workshop
Sometimes you are working on something complex or your topic may have multiple parts or stakeholders. This requires more time. A 3-day workshop is specially suited for these complex situations. *Available for groups of 2-12 people or 13-25 depending on size of your business.
5 Day Design Sprint
Based on design thinking, our trained facilitators will take you through the key steps (1 per day) to sprint your team forward to a testable prototype and set up up for MVP status (minimal viable product) *Available for 4-10 people
Crash Course in Design Thinking with Lean Start-up
Similar to the 5 day design sprint this will take you through the stages of design thinking and sprinkle in some lean start-up too. This 6 week offering will require weekly team meetings and additional project work in between. This can take a traditional project that would take about 6 months to do down to only 6 weeks if your team is invested. *Available for groups of 4-10 people.
Innovate 4x4
Just like 4x4 vehicles help you go off the beaten path the Innovate 4x4 workshop allows your team to buckle up for a wild ride. Over these 4 weeks a team of 4 people with different skills/backgrounds from your company come together with 2 of our trained innovation coaches to incubate your idea on the fast track. *Available for 4 people fully dedicated over 4 weeks.
