In order to create a highly functioning team you need to create the proper atmosphere where they feel safe to speak up, disagree, and share ideas. This comes from vulnerability, trust, and seeing people as a whole person.

This is a waste of wonderful talent and opportunity for the team and company. Knowing how to lead to this type of talent is an advanced form of leadership that not many people practice. We are here to show you how to do just that.
These interactive workshops teach your leadership team about what innovative leadership is and include focused ideation to develop specific plans and next steps on how to convert their leadership style so that it is more productive and encourages innovative team members beneath them. These are much more interactive than trainings. All workshops are available for small (2-12) or large (13-20) group formats to best fit your needs. Custom and full team workshops are also available.
Our introductory workshop allows us to go over the basics of innovative leadership. What is it? What will it do for you? How do you implement it into your business?
It also allows you to evaluate what your current leadership style is and where you may want to enhance in order to innovate your leadership capabilities. You will have focused ideation time to help develop next steps for leadership journey.
This workshop covers everything that the 1/2-day workshop covers as well as additional time for focused evaluation and ideation around your current team structure.
The additional time allows for understanding your team's assessment of your leadership style (done as pre-work) and developing goals for your team. Then we will discuss additional innovative leadership techniques and practices which can help get you there.
Intrigued by innovative leadership and want to know it all? This extensive 3-day workshop will provide your leadership team different methods of innovative leadership as well as plenty of focused ideation to reach your specific company goals.
These simple and easy to understand trainings focus on innovative leadership. These are typically in a lecture style format with additional Q&As. They can be done virtual or face to face depending on the client.

This training includes the 2-hour introductory training and continues with a deep dive into the proper environment for innovative, high performing teams and a few simple tools to start cultivating it within your team.
Deep dive into innovative leadership and everything you need to know to enhance your leadership team with this full day training. This will provide opportunities for self-reflection and assessment as well as goal setting and next steps. all while teaching the different methods of innovative leadership.
Both of the subscriptions below come in the option of quarterly (3 months), bi-annual (6 months), or annual (12 months) subscription.

Send your entire leadership team and save! The Teams retreat allows 10-20 people. All leadership retreats include: 2 half day innovative leadership workshops, 1 team strategy/goals workshop, and plenty of team building and fun activities at a destination designed to show them how much you support and appreciate them!
We also hold 1 "all call" Leadership Retreat per year which allows you to sign-up independently or send only a few people from your organization. This leadership retreat includes a half day of instruction, 2 half day Innovative Leadership workshops. It also includes time for self-reflection, goal setting, and discussion with other attendees all while having fun at a destination location!
