Below are our 3 most popular methods of user testing.

Focus Groups

These are typically 2.5 hours long and allow for you to challenge your assumptions, understand your user, present an idea, and/or get feedback from your desired customer base at the beginning of the design process. This is where you narrow down what exactly the need is and what the users care about when it comes to your product or service.

User Interviews

This style of user testing can be utilized at any stage of the design process. It allows for in-depth feedback in regards to an idea or product that has already been partially or fully developed.

We offer these in packages of 5, 10, and 20 interviews.

User Workshops

These are a deep dive into a user's response to an idea, concept, process, or product. We recommend this approach for either co-designing or testing prototypes and MVPs (Minimal Viable Products). This allows for a hands-on approach, which can set you up for success when it comes to user acceptance and adoption after implementation.
